Sangria. A symbol of Spain and Spanish cuisine. An alcoholic beverage made with wine and fruit is one of the most enjoyable drinks during hot summer days.
Sangria is Spain, sangria is a tenderness and passion gathered in one. Sangria - delight and summer, tempting soothing heat and exotic taste. You already know what to brighten your day with during the warm days, this cocktail is great !
- 750ml. red wine
- 50ml. cognac
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 2 apples
- 3t.s of sugar
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- ice cubes
- 300ml. sparkling water
Method of preparation
Wash all fruits thoroughly.
Cut the orange into two, squeeze the juice into one half, and slice the other into large cubes, not whitening it.
Cut the remaining fruits into cubes of the same size and transfer them to a large jug.
In the jug of fruit add the squeezed orange juice and sugar, then add the cognac and finally the cinnamon stick.
Stir well until the sugar is melted.
Finally add the red wine. / If you prefer white, you can experiment /
Leave the kettle in the fridge for two hours to mix the flavors.
To be truly refreshing, the sangria must be very cold. For this reason, keep it in the refrigerator. However, keep in mind that good quality Sangria is required to prepare good products, so do not resort to the cheapest wine in the store. It is consumed up to several hours after preparation.
